Hot backup for Syamntec DLP oracle DB on Linux platform

Hi guys,

We have installed Syamntec Enforec and detection on Windows but Oracle DB on Linux. Please help me out what is the best way to do hot backup on Linux platform as Syamntec does not provide any support for hot backup.
