When Symantec Email Proxy is enabled and you have a dropped internet connection we receive the following message:
It's a lot of work to go back and resend the emails from the sent folder. Normally,if the email proxy is not enabled and the internet goes down the email messages remain in the outbook. Has symantec considered altering the settings so that the unsent emails DO NOT automically go into the sent folder when the internet it down. I work with a technician at Symantec and he recommended submitting a suggestion / idea as there is no work around for this when the client wants to continue using the email proxy.
