Logon script not starting when encrypted

Hello,

we have a very strange problem.

Usually when windows starts the logon script is running (wifi or cable), but when the drive is encrypted the windows logon script is not running when connected to wifi, cable works fine.
That is because the wifi isn't connected when windows is starting. 

We have set the windows policy "Always wait for network connection" but this doesn't help. 

Has someone else encountered this problem.
