configuring CSP to communicate with symantec cloud portal

Hi,

Good day! We have configured standalone CSP temporarily for testing. Then, we also configured 1 policy on the symantec cloud portal that allows all connection on the web. Then we tried to access it on our test machine. We are able to access google, facebook, youtube, etc. The thing is, there are no traffic that pass through on the symantec cloud portal. See my queries below.

1. Is there a way to check the connection of CSP and symantec cloud portal?

2. Do we need to link CSP to symantec cloud portal? If yes, how?
