Uninstalling SEPM & Reinstall

Hi there,

we lost our Admin password for SEPm (no resetpass.bat) , we backup our private key and DB.

after reinstalling, should we restore the DB or the password saved in the DB so it will restore the unknows password?

if we dont need a DB restore , what are the results ?
