SEP client not getting updates from GUP.

Hello evryone.

I have a a lot of SEP clients who dont get up dates from the GUP.

The SymSupport proposed us to down grade the GUP version from 12.1.4 to 12.1.3: The solution is not working.

i've tried so many solution, in vain :(

Here is the Sylink.log optained from the GUP and from the affected client.
