Agent Connection status changes from connected to disconnected

I need a solution

Hello friends, I am having a problem with the agents. The Connection status changes from connected to disconnected every 5 minutes.
I am very new to this product, I think it might be something in the agent configurations. I am in the midst of deploying agents.
Any help would suit me very well.
Are 2 servers: Oracle + Endpoint Enforce and 12.5.2 on Windows Server 2008 R2.
