SEP client 12.1.4 installation failure - Server 2003 SP2

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to install SEP 12.1.4 client on to a Server 2003 SP2 machine and it is failing again and again despite running latest CleanWipe tool.

Win Server 2003 SP2

ProductVersion=12.1.4100.4126

Attached is the Install Log for the same. Could someone share some light on how to go about decrpting this log to find the cause for the issue.
