Hello guys,
Last week our company has purchased the license SEPM 12.1.5 for the complete users. As a team leader i updated it to 12.1.5, there were many issues came during and after upgradation but thankfully to Symantec discussion forum all has been resolved except one:
In the SEPM clients groups a computer is showing multiple user name with the same ip address as the computer is confirued. let say, a user is currently logged in, but it also showing other users which were previously logged in on that computer. my question is why it is showing previous history of users i mean it should show only the user which is logged in currently.
Because of this behavior my monitor graph is showing huge amount of clients to offline. please suggest me a solution so i can overcome this whelming situation. and also i am attaching the snipshot for your convenience.
