I need a solution

I would like some information about some alerts from my endpoint protection. Attached you can find a print screen of the alert. It says: "The client will block traffic from ip address ...". First time i got this was on my school. I tought it was someone in my school who tried to break in my PC. But no I also get these alerts when i'm home, so i'm afraid someone wants to do somthing bad. I'm not familliar with this network thing so do you guy know what is happening. Am I in danger or something?
