Failed to copy data when running Management Server Config Wizard

I am trying to run the Managament Server Configuration Wizard on my SEPM 12.1.4. When the setup gets to Step One: Database Server Authentication I get this error.

I checked the hard drive space on the SEPM and there is 117 GB free. How can I get past this error?
